Dubai Black Sapphire by Bond No 9 is a Oriental Floral fragrance for women and men. Dubai Black Sapphire was launched in 2016. Top notes are neroli, saffron, beeswax and honey; middle notes are turkish rose, gurjan balsam, cedar and pepper; base notes are siam benzoin, sandalwood, tolu balsam and vetiver.
