Cancellation

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about your purchase. If you decide to cancel your order before it is processed, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to fulfill your order. If the order has already been processed, the cancellation will be treated as a return. For more details, please refer to the Returns section below.

For COD orders, repeated cancellation requests or non-receipt of orders without valid reasons may result in the suspension of the COD option for the customer.

Return

If you receive the wrong product, or if the product is damaged or defective, you can return it at no extra charge. However, if you wish to return the product for other reasons, a fee of KD 2 will apply. All returns must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all labels and packaging.
  • Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt and must be accompanied by the original invoice.
  • Products with open packaging will not be accepted.

Note: Exchange and return policies do not apply to oil-based fragrances and incense.

Retrieval policy

Arabiva allows returns within 10 days of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy page.
