Delivery time

  • Inside Kuwait: Delivery takes up to 3 business days.
  • Gulf Cooperation Council countries: Delivery takes up to one week within major cities if the product is in stock.
  • For remote areas: Delivery is made on specific days based on the delivery schedule.

Connection fee

  • Orders below KD 20 are subject to a delivery fee of KD 1.5.
  • Free delivery is available for orders over KD 20 within Kuwait and the GCC.

You can track your shipment using the tracking number sent via SMS or email.

Payment and delivery to other countries

For GCC countries, customers can pay using a credit card when placing their order. Order processing begins as soon as payment is received. The total amount includes the product price and shipping charges. Please contact us in advance to confirm shipping costs and the total amount of your order.
