• GCC Countries: Delivery takes up to one week within major cities if the product is available.
• For remote areas: Delivery occurs on specific days based on the delivery schedule.

Delivery Fees

• Orders below 20 KWD are subject to a delivery fee of 1.5 KWD.
• Free delivery is available for orders above 20 KWD within Kuwait and GCC countries.

You can track your shipment using the tracking number sent via SMS or email.

Payment and Delivery for Other Countries

For GCC countries, customers can pay using a credit card when placing their order. Order processing begins once the payment is received. The total amount includes the product price and shipping fees. Please contact us in advance to confirm shipping costs and the total amount for your order.
